Toccata
is a live 5 piece covers/function/party/wedding
band originating from the Derbyshire/Nottinghamshire/Staffordshire
area. In its present line up
Toccata has been playing venues of all
shapes and sizes around the Midlands for approximately 18 months,
although, not strictly limited to this region. |
|
After playing
together at different times over the past 20 years in various other
bands, but never all five at the same time, we finally decided to get
together and pool all of our experience and talent in an ultimate
commercial project of a very high quality. |
|
Hence,
Toccata
was born! |
|
Toccata
has gone from strength to strength, growing in
popularity and following. The high demand never failing to secure return
bookings at every venue. |
|
Toccata
takes great pride in the fact that everything you see and hear is
100% live! |
|
No backing tracks, no
gimmicks, based purely on the talent and musicianship of the five band
members. |
|
All five musicians
are also continuingly involved with other musical interests and projects
which contributes to the expanding capability and diversity of
Toccata.

With an almost
unlimited repertoire of material, gained over a lifetime of experience
playing music of all genres, ad hoc requests can be catered for by at
least one member of the band during playing times in excess of 3 hours. |

Regular rehearsals
ensure a high quality performance and a constantly updating and
expanding repertoire. |

Toccata
caters for pubs, clubs, hotels, parties, corporate functions, weddings,
anniversaries, engagements and birthdays, in fact, any venue or
situation where live music is appropriate. |

We have the
capability and equipment to cater for all venues from the smallest of
pubs through to the largest of outdoor events. |
